A bit heavy but arrived with no scratches and a great shine. Ideal size for most TVs, and living rooms I would think, while keeping TV secure on it. Hides wires and cords so they are out of view, can put my Xbox and DVD player on bottom shelf and looks neat. I have had my TV mounted for awhile and have been looking for a staple piece with character for my living room. THIS IS IT!
