I used this product and I definately noticed I lost some weight in my abdomen area, but I don't know if it's solely due to the ab cream or my recent weight loss or possibly a combination of both. I can say that I have not noticed any defination in my abs, but the benefits may be greater/different for someone else. The smell is pleasant.

My Husband and I both tried this product, (we bought 2 bottles) I can say that my husbands results where more profound then mine. I highly recommend this product for people who workout on regular basis, we will be buying again.

So I am on my 3rd bottle of of this, I wanted to wait a bit before I wrote a review.
I have to admit, when I first saw this product I thought it was snake oil, but I took the time to look at the ingredients. I did my homework and the Guarana and Hespertin work to dehydrate your fat cells, as I understand it. My wife told me she saw similar products on the Today Show, like caffeinated leggings,ect. It sounds like they work on the same principle.
Back to me. I have been using this product for about 3 months, I workout about 5 days a week, and watch what I eat. So I decided to give it a whirl. I apply this product before I go to the gym and my shirt is soaked in sweat, even more.
I have read a lot of bad reviews on this amazon page, but as we all know everyones body chemistry if different, and if you don't lead an active life style this may not be for you.
I will be buying again.
