I found that the ones I have tried have either been too oily, too abrasive, not "scrubby" enough or just not worth the money. For reference I have purchased Lush, Fresh, Red Flower, David Kirsch (close second but ridiculously expensive for such a tiny jar!!) and pretty much anything that can be found at Whole Foods and Sephora. My criteria for the perfect scrub is that it be TRULY natural, effective in skin softening and smoothing and fat reduction, and cost effective. I have finally found my Holy Grail! The plastic jar holds a huge amount of product and smells amazing when opened- sort of beachy, lemony, with maybe a hint of coffee mixed in? And let me tell you how happy I am that I did. I love this scrub. First I have to mention that the jar was overfilled by about 2oz, it felt heavier than 12oz, so I weighed it. So I got about 2oz FREE. It is oil based ans smells heavenly, sort of lemony-citrusy. I love to use it in the morning and it helps me to wake up properly, breathing in this freshness. It has pretty small grains that don't scratch, but polish. They stay on the skin without falling in the tub and eventually melt. Before, I had some other scrubs, that were a bit dry and I had difficulties to use them because they wouldn't stay on my skin but fall off immediately which was a huge waste.
