When opened, the seat should have been a little wider [and I don't have a big bottom] to be comfortable. Otherwise, an excellent product. Fast service from Amazon.

I bought it for my dad when he went on vacation. He straddles it like a horse. It takes a little practice to know where to situate it but then it is awesome. I am looking for a similar product that is a bit lighter to carry on a daily basis.

The picture does not depict how small the umbrella and seat are on the product. Both are smaller than what I expected. They would be fine if the user was short (5'5" or shorter) and petite. Being 6'4" and 225 lbs., it really is not as large as most of these products that I have seen.
