Leaves my skin looking like porcelain! Granted, my skin was already pretty smooth, but this cream made it look flawless. I knocked off one star bc 1. I really hate the smell (reminds me of baby powder x10) and 2. the finish was a bit shiny. I didn't mind the latter too much, as I have dry/combination skin, but those with oily skin should definitely set this with a matte powder. Also, keep in mind that though BB creams have good coverage, they are by no means on the same level as full coverage foundations. Thus, I would still use concealer over this to cover my blemishes.
